This online form can be used to register for the User Group Sessions. By completing this form you are requesting to register for all upcoming User Groups. You are not required to register for each User Group separately.

User Groups will be conducted through teleconference only. Approved registrants will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to gain access to the sessions.

Please note: These are secure sessions and only approved registrants will be able to gain access. You will be notified by email if your registration was denied or if the session is at capacity. |
